The third chapter in the man vs. killer insect space saga, "Starship Troopers 3" finds Johnny Rico (Casper Van Dien, square-jawed as ever) back to kill him some more bugs. No one's hated bugs like this guy since Muhammad Ali in those commercials for RAID back in the late 70s. Anyway, this direct-to-dvd release (anyone else notice how many films are going straight to the home video market these days, no matter what the budget is or what stars are in it?) features a few neat twists: one being that while the soldiers are fighting the bugs on a remote planet, there are elements within their own government undermining their efforts.
