Ok, I'm going to hit two birds with one stone, and say that I would like to give my parents a "42 inch lcd full 1080p television" (yes, same as previous entry because I actually have no idea what the "best" TV is! LOL) - because that way, they'll be happy - and I'll be able to stop by and use it too! LOL

My must have is a copy of the 2004 The Punisher DVD, so that I can have it to watch and cry over when the new Punisher movie comes out next year without Thomas Jane.

I would like to give Reel Talk a better time-slot on KNBC4 and the ability to watch the program fully and not have it cut into by "Channel 4 News Extra" every week.
But, because that gift is impossible to give... here is a realistic one:
Give and receive the "1001 Movies To See Before You Die." Watching as many movies as I have and seeing so many terrible ones, I have become a jaded movie-goer. I also have a friend who tends to watch those same terrible movies and enjoy them. I would like to give her and myself one copy (for the both of us to share) so we can work our way through the entire list together and see if our tastes have changed and hopefully recapture the innocent, eager, and the "childlike" movie-watcher I once was.

I want a new HDTV. I'd take any size, by any maker, just as long as it comes on, oh, and help setting it up. Can you come over with it?

The one must-have gift I'd love to receive this holiday season is The Complete Monty Python's Flying Circus 16-Ton Megaset on DVD which is currently selling for $58.99 at Amazon.com (41% off). I'm a huge Monty Python fan and would welcome this gift with open arms like a family member I hadn't seen in years.

My must-have gift wish would be the collector's edition of Blade Runner.
When you consider how long ago Blade Runner was made, it's amazing what they were able to accomplish without CGI.
Blade Runner was way ahead of of its time. I think it contributed to my becoming an anime fan, because I saw it when I was a kid and thought that it looked like a live-action anime.
